At Squeeky and Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging with tags (if applicable).

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including custom photo designs) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item sent.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before returning your item.

Return Shipping

  • For most cases, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue quickly with either a replacement or a full refund.

  • Clearance or final sale items
